The Consumer Protection and Competition Law Committee of the NBA-SBL, focuses on creating and promoting the pillars and tools critical for fair, efficient, and competitive markets, increasing the quality of goods and services, and protecting consumer rights in Nigeria.

The Committee’s execution is channeled to effectively champion legislative reforms, conduct training for law students and legal practitioners on various aspect of consumer protection and competition law, policy and practice, and organise discussions, fora and symposia to create awareness and analyse innovative ideas.
